These Terms of Service govern your use of Solution11's iGaming platform solutions and services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Service Scope

Solution11 provides turnkey iGaming platform solutions including licensing assistance, software integration, payment processing setup, and compliance support. Our services are designed for legitimate operators seeking to launch regulated casino platforms.

We do not operate casinos ourselves. We're your technical and regulatory partner.

Client Obligations

As a client, you're responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during onboarding and throughout our partnership
  • Maintaining compliance with all applicable gaming regulations in your target jurisdictions
  • Securing and maintaining all required licenses and permits
  • Implementing responsible gaming measures as outlined by your licensing authority
  • Meeting financial obligations according to agreed payment terms

Licensing and Compliance

While we facilitate licensing applications and provide compliance guidance, obtaining and maintaining your gaming license remains your responsibility. We cannot guarantee license approval - that's between you and the regulator.

Here's the reality: regulatory requirements change. You're obligated to stay current with your jurisdiction's requirements even after launch.

Intellectual Property

Solution11 retains ownership of our proprietary technology, processes, and methodologies. Your license to use our platform is non-transferable and terminates upon contract end or breach of terms.

Third-party software integrated into your platform (game providers, payment processors) remains subject to their respective licensing terms.

Service Availability and Support

We maintain 99.5% uptime for platform infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Support response times:

  • Critical issues: 2-hour response
  • Standard requests: 24-hour response
  • General inquiries: 48-hour response

Payment Terms

Setup fees are due upon contract signing. Monthly platform fees are billed in advance. Revenue share arrangements (if applicable) are calculated and settled monthly based on verified gross gaming revenue.

Late payments incur a 5% monthly fee. Services may be suspended after 15 days of non-payment.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 90 days written notice. Immediate termination applies if you breach material terms, lose your gaming license, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, you have 30 days to migrate your player database and settle outstanding obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Solution11's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or regulatory penalties resulting from your operational decisions.

You indemnify Solution11 against claims arising from your platform operations, marketing practices, or regulatory violations.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under Malta Arbitration Centre rules. The arbitration language is English, and decisions are final.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
